Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • During peak shopping seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • Canada: 7–12 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
  • Europe: 7–14 business days
  • Other International Destinations: 7–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Free Standard Shipping may be offered on qualifying orders during promotional periods or when the minimum purchase requirement is met.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information generally becomes active within 24–48 hours.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. SoleVibe is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Although we work with trusted shipping carriers, shipping delays may occasionally occur.

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers. You may receive multiple tracking numbers.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 12 hours after they have been placed. Once an order has entered processing, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, due to shipping carrier limitations or local regulations, certain destinations may not be available.
